Shipping FAQs

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow a maximum of 10 days to process your order. You'll receive an email within 2 days once your order is on its way!

Do you offer store pickup?

We currently do not offer store pickups. However, we ensure that your orders are delivered to you within the promised timeframes and in good condition.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, local delivery is available for addresses within Canada and the United States of America. If eligible, you'll see the option during checkout. Orders will be shipped by the next day and delivered within 2-10 days. You'll receive real-time tracking information via email once your order is ready for delivery.

What are the shipping rates?

Orders are generally shipped by the next day and take 2-10 days to arrive. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to the United States of America. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other countries at this time.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges FAQs

What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We'll refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us at info@utsene.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition as soon as possible. We'll address these issues on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.
